Main Entrance:

• HID proximity cards allowing restricted access at all entrances

Walkthrough:

• PAR building has been designed to reduce the chanced of client sensitive materials being observed
• The elevator is placed at the main entrance to bypass the first floor

Security Alarm:

• Vanguard security system provides 24 hour protection with 1-minute keypad deactivation
• Motion sensors on all entrances
• Link to Evansville Police Department

Generator:

• Natural gas generator capable of powering all critical machines and systems

Computer Room:

• Centrally located
• Climate controlled
• Restricted access using locks and proximity cards
  Backups performed incremental daily, full weekly with cloned copies taken offsite
• Cisco ASA Firewalls protect all internet traffic
• Internet Manager monitors all Internet traffic
• Forced password changes occur on periodic basis

Virus Protection:

• McAffee Total Protection Suite installed on all computers and servers
• Daily virus detection file updates
• Barracuda Spam Firewall prevents unwanted e-mails and reduces the risk of viruses
• E-mail is encrypted with TLS
• FTP connections secured with SFTP

Need to Know:

• All PAR projects are handled on a need to know basis.  Information is strictly limited on all projects
• Access to data files is restricted by department and at an individual level with Active Directory
